The summer celebration is being planned

The dates for this year’s Fun Day festival for the kids have been released: they will be Thursday, August 12th in Wolf Point and Friday, August 13th in Poplar. On Saturday we will be doing a full day of community service, which hasn’t been determined yet.

Nobody can predict the future, but in 6 months, a public celebration on the Fort Peck Reservation will be in full bloom.

Due to Covid restrictions last summer, we were not able to have a public celebration. Instead, we still handed out high-quality, non-perishable food for hundreds of families, provided community public service, and helped out where we were able.

This year we are hoping to be able to host the two Fun Days for the kids.

We have lots and lots of activities planned for the kids and adults. The activity pods range from fitness to art, Chiropractic care, and Naturopathic care. There will also be all-you-can-eat burgers and hot dogs, a live band, and non-perishable food to take home.

We hope to make our annual visit to the jail in Poplar, bringing Chiropractic and Naturopathic care to the inmates.

We are gearing up big time because of the lack of public meetings or gatherings allowed the past year. The kids will have the opportunity to act like kids and be able to enjoy themselves in a fun, safe environment.

The countdown begins!
