It has progressively gotten harder and harder to plan, strategize, and fundraise for our upcoming August Boot Camp. Despite all the obstacles, there is a silver lining; we do our best work when the chips are down. Like Kenny Smoker and HPDP have remarked, Love Has No Color is like a special ops group. They find a way to get things done, no matter what.
The appalling third world conditions on the Fort Peck Reservation have been around since 1871. Regardless of how this pandemic plays out, the conditions on the Reservation will remain the same.
Time will not fix the third world conditions.
Since 2005 LHNC has been quietly restoring the hope, health, and dignity of kids and adults on the Fort Peck Reservation and beyond.
We will finish what we started!
There will always be obstacles both big and small to having any group of people regain their hope, health, and dignity.
We can’t predict the future, but we can say that we are always open to new lessons in adapting to new and changing conditions.
We are expecting record numbers of participants for the Fun Days. We are also anticipating record numbers of Chiropractic adjustments and Naturopathic treatments.
In a world that has been tipped on its ear, health is now more important than ever!
